Providing a digital identity for Solvay’s frontline workers
Revevol migrated Solvay to Google in 2011 & has since worked with them on integrations, divestments & providing IT support & delivery. Solvay asked Revevol to help provide their frontline workers all over the world with a digital identity.

Success Story: Where Innovation Meets Performance
The challenge
With the goal of providing 100% of their employees, both office based and frontline workers, with a digital identity, Solvay embarked on the ambitious project of negotiating licences for all. This project was undertaken at the same time as the challenging split of Solvay into 2 companies, with a single tenant and strict data segregation rules, also managed by Revevol.
The solution
Revevol suggested deploying frontline licences which would not only connect the frontline workers to the rest of the business in a digital way but would also allow the company to respect the data segregation rules which would be implemented as part of the split. Frontline workers could participate in important information sessions concerning the split and access critical documents.
The result
9000 frontline workers are now connected within Solvay. They are able to find and contact everyone in the business, participate in video conferences, send and receive emails and collaborate with their colleagues on documents. They are able to attend important meetings about the split project and access documents made available to them by HR.
