The challenge

With 42K users migrating from 5 technologies & in a remote working scenario due to COVID, Leclerc needed a partner with experience in different migration strategies to ensure minimum disruption to their business. Blackout periods due to intense activities & 18 months for project completion meant Revevol needed to carry out a thorough assessment & design of the different migration requirements.

The Solution

Strong project governance was key to managing parallel deployments. Revevol created strong relationships with stakeholders to keep on track a project with multiple counterparts and actors. Early adopters were instrumental in implementing use cases found during the audit to ensure adoption. They were trained on multiple sites by Revevol’s trainer network & training quality was scored 4.3 out of 5.

The results

Store employees can access critical information such as product removal requests much more easily thanks to Drive, Chat and a single address book. Fluidfying processes means store workers are able to dedicate more time to customer service. Preparation work done in collaboration with Leclerc has led to security improvements & a strong, unified support service thanks to common practices & policies.
