The following provisions govern the use of the website http://revevol.eu/ (hereinafter, the “Site”) published by Revevol S.a.r.l. (Hereinafter, “Revevol”).
By connecting to the Site, you (the “User”) agree to read and to comply with the following terms and conditions (hereinafter, the “Terms of Use”). In the event the User disagrees with the content of these Terms of Use, the User is requested to cease using this Site immediately.

Effective Date – Duration – Amendments of Terms and Site

  1. These Terms of Use are effective on the date of their posting on the Site. They are binding as from the first use of the Site by the User, for the entire duration of the use of the Site.
  2. Revevol reserves the right to make changes to these Terms of Use at any time. Each User is subject to the Terms of Use in force at the time that such User connects to the Site. If any of these Terms of Use is deemed invalid, void, or for any reason unenforceable, that term will be deemed severable and will not affect the validity and enforceability of any remaining terms.

Use of the Site

  1. The User may use this Site and the information, writings, images and/or other works that the User sees, hears or otherwise experiences on the Site solely to learn about Revevol products and services, and only in accordance with these Terms of Use.
  2. In any event, the context of the insertion of or reference to this Site must not be misleading and/or disparaging in any way and must be favorable to Revevol.
  3. Subject to applicable laws and regulations, Revevol, its officers, employees, agents or affiliates shall not be held liable for any direct or indirect damage, loss or expenses (including without limitation any loss of business, loss of revenue, lost profit, loss of business, loss of anticipated savings, loss of data) that may occur as a result of the use or inability to use the Site and, more generally, any event connected with the Site. Revevol shall not be held liable for the proper operation of the technical equipment necessary to access the Site or any limitations or constraints arising from the use and access to the internet in general that may impede access to the Site.
  4. The User acknowledges that any information provided on the Site is provided for information purposes only and may not be considered as being exhaustive in any way.

Intellectual Property Rights

  1. The overall structure of the Site, any elements contained therein such as texts, photos, images (animated or not), trademarks and logos (singly or collectively, the “Content”) are the exclusive property of, or are used under a license granted to, Revevol.
  2. No right, title or interest in any Content is transferred to the User, whether as a result of downloading such Content or otherwise. The User may not use, alter, copy, distribute, transmit, or derive another work, from any Content obtained from the Site.
  3. Any reproduction, in whole or in part, of the Site or of any element of the Site or any Content without the express prior authorization of Revevol, is prohibited and will constitute a violation of applicable law.

Governing Law – Jurisdiction

  1. Any and all disputes relating to these Terms of Use, your use of the Site or the Content are governed by, and will be interpreted in accordance with, the laws of Luxembourg.
  2. Any dispute arising from the application of these Terms of Use shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the Courts of Luxembourg.
